“These textiles are an important part of Welsh history, the sheep have grazed the hills, their wool has been spun and woven in Wales, the blankets have been given as gifts, as payment for work, they have been well loved by generations, passed down as heirlooms and now often don't see the light of day anymore. I hope that by producing something different from them they will be displayed and enjoyed again”
